The University Higher Education Fund signed an agreement with the “Riyadh REIT Fund” on October 12, 2017, to sell one of the investment properties owned by the Fund, located in Al-Rabi’ neighborhood, north of Riyadh, with an area of approximately 14,000 square meters. The value of the deal exceeded 137 million Saudi riyals. This comes in an effort by the Fund to diversify its investment portfolio in accordance with the strategic asset distribution policy approved by the Fund’s Board of Directors, which aims to distribute investments between different asset classes and markets to reduce risks and increase returns.

These efforts are based on investment according to a long-term outlook aimed at preserving capital for the benefit of future generations. While providing the necessary support to universities by financing projects that contribute to the implementation of their scientific and practical goals.
